How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team via the Contact Us page within 180 days from the date you placed your order.
For a smooth and quick return process, please include the following in your message:
- Full Name (used on the order)
- Order Number
- Detailed Description of the Issue
- Clear Photos showing the issue or defect (if applicable)
- Your preference: Do you want a refund or a replacement?
Please Note: Returns due to customer errors—such as typos, image mistakes, wrong sizing choices, or custom design issues—are not eligible. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before checking out.
Eligibility & Return Guidelines
Your item may be eligible for return if the following conditions are met:
- Return Request Period: Must be initiated within 180 calendar days from the order date.
- Item Condition: Products must be unwashed, unworn, in original packaging, with tags still attached. A valid proof of purchase (confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- Ineligible Items: We do not accept returns for final sale items, personalized/custom-made products, or digital gift cards.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
- For all other return reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect sizing), customers are responsible for return shipping.

Steps to Return Your Item
- Package Your Return
- Securely pack your item(s).
- Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and name.
- Ship the Package
- Use any reliable courier or your local postal service.
- Retain your tracking number and share it with us via email.
- Processing Your Return
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email.
- If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Replacements (if requested) will be shipped at no extra charge once your return is verified.
