Shipping Carriers & Order Processing

- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing is completed on business days (Monday through Friday) based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Observed Holidays: Orders are not processed on U.S. national holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

- Tracking Notification: Sent within 1-3 days of order processing. Please check your spam/junk folder if not received.
- Carrier Processing Time: It may take up to 3-7 days for carriers to scan and activate tracking details. If no updates appear immediately, don’t worry-this is normal.
- Delivery Delays: If your package exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance at support@markshirts.com.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
- Double-Check Your Shipping Info: Please ensure your address is complete and correct during checkout. Errors may lead to delays or lost shipments.
- Responsibility for Delivery: Markshirts is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or redirection requests after the order has shipped.
- Returned Packages: Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional reshipping fees.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Markshirts does not ship to the following locations:
- APO/FPO military addresses
- PO Boxes (for certain items)
