How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our support team via the Contact Us page within 180 days from the date you placed your order.

For a smooth and quick return process, please include the following in your message:

  • Full Name (used on the order)
  • Order Number
  • Detailed Description of the Issue
  • Clear Photos showing the issue or defect (if applicable)
  • Your preference: Do you want a refund or a replacement?

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Used or Worn Items: Any product that shows signs of use, washing, or wear.
  • Damaged by Customer: Products that have been damaged, stained, or soiled after delivery.
  • Customer Error: Returns due to customer mistakes, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before checking out.
  • Expired Return Period: Items for which a return request is made after the 180-day window has closed.
  • Ineligible Items: We do not accept returns for final sale items or digital gift cards.

Eligibility & Return Guidelines

Your item may be eligible for return if the following conditions are met:

  • Return Request Period: Must be initiated within 180 calendar days from the order date.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unwashed, unworn, in original packaging, with tags still attached. A valid proof of purchase (confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Products with errors in printing, stitching, or material flaws.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive a different color, size, or design than what you ordered.

If your item meets these criteria, we will cover all shipping costs to send you the correct product. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@markshirts.com with photos or a video of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
  • For all other return reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect sizing), customers are responsible for return shipping.

Steps to Return Your Item

  1. Package Your Return
    • Securely pack your item(s).
    • Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and name.
  2. Ship the Package
    • Use any reliable courier or your local postal service.
    • Retain your tracking number and share it with us via email.
  3. Processing Your Return
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email.
    • If approved, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
    • Replacements (if requested) will be shipped at no extra charge once your return is verified.
