Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.
  • After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, your order will enter processing or production. At this point, cancellations are no longer allowed, as your order has already begun production to meet delivery expectations.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel an order within the eligible 24-hour window, please email us immediately at support@markshirts.com with your order number and request.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

Accepted Reasons for Returns:

  • Items arrive damaged or broken.
  • The product received is significantly different in design, size, or color from what was ordered.
  • Incorrect items received.
  • Major deviations from the product description.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items with minor thread issues or slight imperfections that do not affect function or appearance.
  • Customer errors such as choosing the wrong size, color, or design.

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 180 days from the date of order.

How to Request a Refund

To begin the return or refund process, please send an email to support@markshirts.com with the following information:

  • Full Name and Order Number
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation)
  • Clear photos or evidence of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Your preference for a refund or replacement

We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and return eligibility confirmation.

Return Instructions

  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us via email.
  • All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
