Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes – you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@markshirts.com with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.
Important:
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and we won’t be able to cancel it.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
We understand that mistakes happen! You can request changes (such as size, design, color, or shipping address) within 24 hours of placing your order.
To request changes, email support@markshirts.com with your order number and details of what needs to be changed.
Once your order enters the production stage, we’re unable to modify or update it.
Custom Orders
For custom or personalized t-shirts, cancellations or changes are only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order due to the made-to-order nature of the product.
